We keep this simple. When you book a session, join the list or send a message, we store your name and email address so we can reply, confirm your booking and send you choir news.

Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

We do not sell or share your details with anyone. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing costapopchoir@gmail.com.

The newsletter

The newsletter is separate from everything else, and you are only on it if you asked and then confirmed by tapping the link in an email we send you. We keep your name, your email address, where you signed up and when.

So we know whether an issue was worth sending, each one contains a very small image that tells us it was opened, and the links in it pass through this website before going where they are going, so we can count how many people pressed them. We do not use that for anything else, we do not sell it, and we do not share it. Every issue has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and there is a page where you can change your details or stop it at any time.
