Refunds & cancellations

Choir nights. Booked a Tuesday and cannot make it? Come the following week instead — your session carries over. Ask for a refund within 14 days and you will get one.

Singing lessons. Please give 24 hours notice to move a lesson. Cancel with less than 24 hours and the lesson may be charged, because the slot cannot be filled.

Memberships. Monthly and cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. We do not charge again after you cancel.

Anything else. Email costapopchoir@gmail.com and we will sort it out — we would rather fix a problem than keep the money.
